All of them. Wait, any of them. Wait, I guess I have to GET a passport first, huh? ;-)

I've been to Mexico and Canada, but neither required a passport at the time.

My daughter may travel to Australia this summer to see her father, and I'll be incredibly jealous that she's traveling that far before me. :-)

One of these days...

I'd love to have Italy on my passport, and the USA again, oh, and Greece. I'd also love to have England, Scotland and Ireland in there too. Realistically, I'll probably just get another stamp for Australia this year but at least it will be Melbourne, where I haven't been before.

Barbara, your travels sound truly wonderful. The fraidy cat in me cringes at the thought of all those new experiences, but the curious part of me has a serious dose of travel envy! :-)

Sharyn

My current passport has Jamaica (lots of Jamaica!), Italy, the UK (England, Scotland, Wales) twice, Canada, Mexico...and this year I'll add another Jamaica, Italy again (Rome, Florence, Sicily and Naples), Spain (Barcelona and Mallora), Monaco, and Carthage/Tunis. Plus a cruise including San Juan, St. Thomas and St. Maarten, but I don't think I need a passport for them.

Good travels, SrB!

Carol

My maternal grandparents migrated from Bari, Italy to Detroit in the early 1900's. I was curious what it's like. I'd love to go there and visit some day, but I really don't see it happening any time soon.

HB

I just want a passport too!

I JUST got a letter in the mail today saying that they were unable to confirm my identity (despite my state issued id and my original birth cert) so now I have to tell the U.S. govt every detail about me and provide five forms of identification! sheesh. so much stress.

I would love to travel as much as you have.

caro

I love this post so much. It makes me itch to go somewhere, like now. I have been intrigued with India lately as well, or thinking about taking the train across Russia. Thanks for the post to re-inspire travels :)

Barbara

Okay, Caro, India it is. Let's go. And HB, you can come, too. Imagine all those fabrics!

Carol, Bari is really an interesting place. More urbane than I expected, and also sort of aloof, though you'd have a way around that if you have relatives from there.

Julie, step one is to get the passport. If money is tight, ask for it as a birthday present or something. It's a magic lure--it will bring travel to you. Try it.
